Jerome Eltabet is a French narrative editor, notably recognized for his work with director Coralie Fargeat. Their collaboration dates back around 20 years, developing from TV series and advertising to international feature films such as Revenge and the Oscars Best Picture nominee The Substance.

 

​Both features were prized by various international festivals, including Best Scenario at Cannes for The Substance. The film garnered popular and financial success, as well as global acknowledgement from the industry.

Eltabet returns to Cannes with his latest feature, Sanguine, for director Marion Le Corroller. Other recent work includes David Michaels' sci-fi thriller The Third Parent and Wade Eastwood's upcoming high-octane action Mister, starring Walton Goggins, for Thunder Road Films.

Prior to editing, Eltabet began his career as artistic director, giving him a unique perspective on filmmaking. With his versatile experience, he has developed a unique rhythmic flare that incorporates sound and music editing, all in the service of masterful storytelling.
